You need to be either an owner, occupier or a private tenant plus be in receipt of the following:

• State Pension Credit

• Child Tax Credit with an income of less that £15,910

We are happy to arrange for a 5 year annual service plan for a reduced rate to secure your warranty and give you peace of mind for the period of your loan, after 5 years we will be happy to discuss further reduce rate annual servicing with you.

Who will install the boiler?

Whether you qualify for a free boiler or fund it yourself our fully trained heating engineers and plumbers at Bancroft Plumbing & Heating will install your new boiler. Once installed we will show you how to work your new boiler and provide you with manual and safety certificates.
